That's an extension of my last sentence - I was previously thinking more along the lines of someone calling him AA/black in a derogatory way (and that Ave would be correcting the wrong), but if they are being inclusive or having a specific conversation, I can concede your point.

The funny thing about this whole discussion is, I've only ever said it a couple of times. My post above was kind of a backhanded joke. And I said it to start a discussion very like this one, and to gauge opinions. And here were are.
