One the things that is causing a lot of the white push back on racism these days. Cracker isn't racist but not agreeing that Zimmerman is really a Nazi is.

Holder is going after Texas and the argument that is being used is Texas has used racist redistricting. The problem is minorities tend to be overwhelming democratic so when the democrats controlled the state legislature and gerrymandered to dilute white republican votes to the extent where they continued to control the state legislature long after the state had gone red it was just politics. When the republicans finally took over and flipped thing against democrats it hurt minorities since they more likely to be democrats and the same practice was suddenly racist.

We need to get past the equal ideal of equality.
