I don't know. Is the consistency of a sous-vide burger different from one on the grill?
As for me, I had pork belly cheese fries, with a cheddar beer sauce yesterday. They were pretty amazing.
I amuse myself.
Well, food, actually, but... as long as it involves experimenting, it is science, right?
