Like, I would be all in favor of more women's health clinics. However, the kind of person who thinks "women's health" is a priority also tends to be the kind of person who thinks abortion should be an option.
Planned Parenthood isn't some kind of infanticide conspiracy. It just happens to often be the cheapest and/or only option available.
Even that "funding" you guys are up in arms about? That's not a law that says "give Planned Parenthood money." States get earmarked funds for family planning and the like, and contractors bid on them. Planned Parenthood often wins those contracts, because they provide those services.
