there are no abortion clinics at risk here, we are talking about a provider of women's health services. one that has been the leading provider of things like birth control, mammograms, pap smears, ob/gyn services and a host of other things that are decidedly nothing like abortion. republicans think that by telling the biggest, most outlandish lies, they can get people to follow them off a cliff. the biggest problem is that the media goes along with it and pretends that republicans are somehow not batshit insane with a streak of nihilism.
