But despite the heavy efforts to make this an Iraqi problem and thus a Bush problem the group built its number and strength in Syria and moved from there into Iraq. Not surprising many of it's members fought in Iraq but to say ISIS grew out of the unrest in Iraq is nothing more than believing in fairytales because you like the story.
