So, I did some research, and, yes, you're correct, the bank bailouts were Bush's.

However, Obama voted to support them, and he is just as responsible for it as any Republican senator who also voted yea.

So, you're right. I was wrong in blaming Obama entirely, but the fact remains that, while claiming to be a champion of the poor, he has shown nothing but support to the rich. And, during Obama's tenure, the wealth of the middle and lower classes has dropped compared to the upper.
