The Obama presidency has been (and will ultimately be seen) as eight years of fluff. All appearance and no substance. Let's remember that his first several years were characterized by foolish comments and bumbling about, not understanding the office. Eventually, his signature piece of legislation is passed through using a procedural loophole...and not voted upon as a traditional bill would be.

And in the years since, the bill has done many of the things that he specifically said it wouldn't...and is currently on the verge of total collapse. Our relationship with Russia has taken a remarkable step back into the 1980's. The relationship with the Philippines, one of our strongest allies in the East, is currently in "crash and burn" status.

He's had some good spots...Osama being killed is a good thing. He's furthered drone usage/technology...and he wants to go to Mars. I'm on board with those things.

However at the end of the day, he will be a bottom tier President.
