First of all he's not even that good. Why bother? To attract his audience to the Democrats? Ummm, that's not happening.

Second, most if not all big corporations at least claim that they have a zero tolerance policy for sexual harassment. In O'Reilly's case that happened at Fox after he ceased being their chief rainmaker.
