The issue is whether any vaccine that contains known toxins (other than the virus itself, of course) should be administered. To my mind, the answer is that if the disease that is to be prevented is worse than the toxin, one should definitely still take the vaccine.
However, I have yet to see evidence that H1N1 is worse than the seasonal flu. In fact, all evidence is that it is milder than the typical seasonal flu. Furthermore, I believe that I and my family already have been exposed to the H1N1 flu back in late February of this year - the symptoms we had are identical to the H1N1 and my flu vaccination didn't stop it because it wasn't in the "cocktail" of vaccinations for last flu season (I only got vaccinated because my wife was pregnant).
