I've decided to go for it, especially since those hours won't start up until after the holidays, which is really nice (and gives me time to keep looking for something with better hours in the mean time-probably won't find much at this time of year, but whatever). I've got enough savings to get me through the next month, plus I get paid for the training, so it should be okay.
