No, but I did pick up the book later to start reading. I'm a little more than half way through it.

Depends on what book it is.
4.b) Did you vote for the Book Club choices?
Kind of. I suggested any but The Count of Monte Cristo, not because I don't want to read it, but because I just read it 9 months ago. Great book, and I'd love to read it again, but I'd like something I haven't just read.

Yes.

I have participated in a few.

Firefly.

It varies. I generally have a top 5 or so that change position regularly. The Princess Bride and The Shawshank Redemption are generally near the top.

I think so. I'd have to check.
7. Do you play any console games?
I'm not really into video games, but I have a PS2 that I sometimes play.

I like several, but Cosmic Cows deserves special mention. It's a Yahtzee-like game where there are two teams of aliens trying to abduct cows.

Phase 10.

No. But I might if I see anything that interests me.
8. Have you ever played Dungeons & Dragons or another RPG?
My D&D 3.5 group is gradually transferring to Pathfinder RPG, and I have another group of friends who want me to DM a 4E game for them. I've played a few other systems, but I prefer D&D.

I briefly considered it at wotmania, but it was pretty slow so I decided against it.

I attended one wotmania gathering, so I suppose it is possible.

Yes. I'm very glad I figured that out.
