Except maybe the Mediterranean diet! Frankly I think you could be perfectly healthy eating any of those, eating the right amount (and eating cleanly) while getting enough exercise is more important than eating/not eating specific foods. The problem with stuff like Atkins is that people are not very good at following programs properly, or think "steak for breakfast yeaaaah" and don't really understand what their body needs. My diet currently is 40% protein, 40% carbs, 20% fat with primarily white meat and fish, plenty of beans, fruits and vegetables and low GI carbs like quinoa. I eat ~5 times a day, with very few carbs after about 6pm. It is pretty good imo!
