But the Paleolithic Diet isn't as hard to balance as it sounds. You pretty much just get all your carbs from fruits and veggies instead of bread products and potatoes.
I know it's easy to balance because--with the exception of breakfast--it's pretty much how I eat anyways. I'm not even a huge dairy eater, with the exception of a couple types of cheese and ice cream on the rare occasion.

For me, and a lot of people, I imagine it would be hard to live a healthy life on it though. Not without working at it quite hard and not enjoying a chunk of my food intake.
