Don't let her pressure you or emotionally blackmail you into saying/doing anything that you're not ready for. You've been honest, and frankly, your reasoning shows that you have respect for her and take relationships seriously. IF you fall in love with her, and remember, that's an IF, it must be in your own time.

So stand your ground over this issue, and continue seeing her and treating her how you always have, and if she chooses to end the relationship over this, that's her decision and not any fault of yours.

Personally, even if things do turn out well, keep an eye out to make sure that this behavior isn't a pattern.
