So really, what Jens said might be offensive to Americans, but before everybody jumps down his throat, you might want to consider the different circumstances.


Most Europeans seem to get my point and the Americans don't, even feel insulted or as if I insulted anyone. Then again, I expected no less.

As an objective observer, pointing to a certain group as something you wouldn't do because you went to school is slightly offensive, but no one should care unless you are actually asking them for money or mooching off the government. Then they have the right to care and comment.:P


I expected no less because (most? some?) Americans are always so afraid of someone mooching of the government. God beware, I could help out the little unemployed man with my taxes! Let's just say I am glad I live where I live ;) I rest my case in this thread.
