How can you count an attack by Islamists that killed around 3,000 people as "one incident" and a pipe bomb at an abortion clinic that kills one person (or maybe just injures people) as "one incident"?

Oklahoma City was the only significant terrorist attack against the United States since 1980 that was not conducted by Islamists. Period.


but with only one change. Replace Significant with the word Massive or something similar.
