If it were me and it happened just once I would probably just let it go. If I heard panicked sounding screams or cries for help I would probably call the police. If I really felt it was necessary to save someone I would likely get involved but only if I felt it was really needed and that I could actually help. Unless I knew them well I would not want to interject myself into an angry domestic disturbance, not even cops like to do that,


If it happened on a regular basis I would probably call the police.
