Anyone from Serbia, Montenegro, Kosovo or Macedonia would not qualify as those lands were not under Habsburg rule.


And I would just like to smugly point out to them that Hapsburg oppression seems to produce superior athletes, whereas the Serbian Empire, no matter what euphemisms they called, produced the Yugo.
