1) How much liquid do you drink a day? How much water do you drink a day (I count things like Gatorade and Powerade as they are mostly water)?
I drink 2-4 liters of water a day. On long running days I drink another liter of cytomax as well.
2) Do you know when you are dehydrated? If so, how? Do you get headaches, feel tired, etc.? What are your signs that let you know?
I do...my pee is dark colored and my fingers swell up.
3) Do you know how much water a day you should drink?
Yeah, I don't always get enough, but I usually do.
4) Screw water give me alcohol?
Too often.
5) Do you think I was dehydrated?
Quite likely. Now the interesting part will be if you managed to get to the other side where you're overhydrated and pee every 10 minutes.
So, I guess I'm dehydrated??? How much water do you drink daily?

What I grew up hearing was 8 cups per day. Which is 1/2 gallon. Meaning he's doing... 8 times that. *NM*
