1) How much liquid do you drink a day? How much water do you drink a day (I count things like Gatorade and Powerade as they are mostly water)?
Maybe 2 liters, of which half a liter to three quarters water, and most of the rest milk? On most days I don't think I even get to 2 liters - unless of course you count the liquids you get by just eating food.
2) Do you know when you are dehydrated? If so, how? Do you get headaches, feel tired, etc.? What are your signs that let you know?
I've never thought "gee, I must be dehydrated" - not a problem I hear people talking about a lot around here, unless they've been running on very hot days.
3) Do you know how much water a day you should drink?
I've heard numbers of 2 liters a day, yeah, but I really doubt I've ever gotten that high in actual water. I don't know how to count milk or other things.
4) Screw water give me alcohol?
Uh, no.
Although I suppose on days that I go out, I do probably end up drinking more beer than I've drunk water that day, seems normal enough to me... 5) Do you think I was dehydrated?
I wouldn't know. If you say so.
So, I guess I'm dehydrated??? How much water do you drink daily?

What I grew up hearing was 8 cups per day. Which is 1/2 gallon. Meaning he's doing... 8 times that. *NM*

Maybe he meant a liter. I could see that, especially considering he's military.

A liter is more than a quart by a hair, and his value is fine, depending on circumstances

Oh yeah.
I was thinking of a quart as a half gallon. Never mind me.
