And it's not really college papers I'm talking about. I'm more talking about papers like assorted medical forms, insurance forms, etc...etc... Heck, if I was a 17 yr old wanting to go to a horse show in the state I was going to college in, I'd have to mail THOSE forms home to my parents to be signed.
