In regards to abortion, I would say that a nurse, even for an OB/GYN has every right to disapprove of people's abortions. But I would agree that if they're going to work at an OB/GYN that performs them, they are obligated to at least remain polite. If it's that big a deal for them, they should go work for someone who does not perform abortions. Even if one was to assume that they were NOT obligated to be polite, I doubt their clinician would put up with such behavior for long if they ever became aware of it. People are uncomfortable enough going into the OB/GYN to begin with, particularly for an abortion. They don't need your rude treatment and it is not your place as a nurse to judge their actions. Not even medically.

Probably could choose a better comparison than breast implants though. Breast Implants and Abortion aren't really comparable issues either morally or legally.
