Go to a different doctor if you don't like the service.
If the nurse disagrees with abortions then perhaps she should seek employment elsewhere; it seems peculiar to me that she would continue working for a doctor who performs abortions when she is demonstrably and admittedly rude to women seeking them: free-market economics works both ways.
Why a person is seeking medical treatment is irrelevant: for a nurse to be deliberately discriminatory is an abrogation of professional responsibility (not to mention her employer's medical oath to treat all patients with compassion).
He also assumes that the doctor knows about this behavior and is fine with it which is probably not likely. The truth is that many women who are in the position of needing an abortion are in emotional turmoil and just want to get through it and be done; they may not take the time to complain about her behavior. It is very likely the doctor doesn't even know or he would discipline or fire the biatch.
But wine was the great assassin of both tradition and propriety...
