we're just saying she's behaving in a rude and unprofessional manner. And the law does consider nurses to be "professionals", so I believe it is well within expectations for them to be expected to act like it.


There is no regulation that she's breaking and as such, can act as she pleases UNTIL SUCH TIME AS she starts to be in violation of some kind of law or regulation.
