I make all-spelt bread and my husband and son prefer it to hard spring or red (normal whole grain) wheat bread. It has a nice nutty taste.

My coworkers make fun of me for eating quinoa.

How can you like quinoa but not spelt? Quinoa flour makes rubbery noodles.


Noooo I was talking solely about quinoa. I like the taste of spelt, I promise! I think quinoa tastes like grass.
