People can act as rude as they please so long as the service is being provided and no hate speech or violence laws are broken. Period. The second you start saying "Report her!" or "Fire her!" you get into the beginnings of thought police territory.


Employers can fire people for whatever reason they choose; I hardly think firing a nurse for being rude to someone is uncalled for or unnecessary.
