It is unprofessional, rude, and has a negative impact on the patients. It is NOT her job to be rude and judge her patients. it IS her job to foster compassionate care for the patient.
No. we can't stop her. but that does not make her behavior "okay", or something that should be tolerated.
Would you just go "oh that's his right" if your doctor treated you in a condescending dismissive manner? Would you just smile and nod when he shook his head at some minor fault or misunderstanding of yours and said you were an idiot?
Unprofessional behavior may be "allowed", but it is not acceptable or excused based on some stupid premise that "well no one is going to take his license for being rude!!"
