And even if they have a limit, pirating Dragon Age is, what, 8 gigabytes of data you're downloading? There is no way that you're going to come anywhere near that amount with a constant internet connection.
People without internet access aren't going to buy the game. Period.
People who think the game is too expensive aren't going to buy it either. If they have internet access, they might pirate it.
Starcraft II won't have crazy DRM.
