i loved the first but never got round to second, heard mixed reviews about it
I haven't played all of it, but my brother has. The primary "negatives" in the reviews is that not a lot changed in the look and game play from the first. Also, playing as a big daddy you aren't as tough as it seems you should be. Basically, 2 wasn't an innovative as 1, and many reviewers were disappointed by that.
However, there are some cool new elements and some areas that work a bit better. From what I've heard, brother and reviews, the last 1/3 of the game is quite awesome. The game can be had now new for $26 at Amazon (sale), and that is more than good value for a good game.
