Zergling: These units have been seriously crippled. Adrenal Glands needs to be buffed big time, Zerglings quickly become inadequate right now.
I have to disagree with this though. Zerglings are good against basically any unit (except maybe the helion) if you can flank them and get a surround. Zerglings will destroy siege tanks, Thors, etc. really quickly.
If you've got SCVs auto-repairing the Thor, then the Zerglings have to manually shoot them down before they can hope to achieve anything, and Siege Tanks kill Zerglings in droves until the next patch. Sure, if they're by themselves they'll get surrounded and killed by the Zerglings, but why would they be by themselves? For Terran, Marines, Hellions or Reapers can render Zerglings largely ineffective, and those are pretty cheap units to mass.
Drop banelings on infantry and drop zerglings on the tanks and thors. That solves the problem of getting in range

Isn't flying a bunch of full Overlords into range of Thors and Marines suicidal?
I don't actually play as Zerg, so I might be completely lost but that sounds very risky

I don't play as Zerg either, but I've seen it done effectively. Check out this video

I'm only familiar with Zerg and what annoys me as Zerg, SO.

Tried Zerg once or twice in coop games last week. Any advice for a Zerg noob?

Queen per hatchery. Constant spawn larvae. Expand creep constantly.

The thing about the Zerg in Starcraft 2, is that they're a very reactionary race.

Thanks for both replies. The Queens + larvae help tremendously. I'll work on the rest.

I really only play the campaigns in single player mode, so my experience might be a little different

Well, we've got Force Field, Hallucinate, Psi Storm and Feedback, so I'm not complaining

Yes... press the hotkey for burrow and then the key for parasite (very quickly, but in that order)
