You might enjoy the way that World of Warcraft looks, and that's completely fine; Blizzard has a talented art team, and they know what they're doing. However, WoW was released six years ago, and was designed to run acceptably on low end 2004 systems. WoW had "low end" graphics six years ago, and hasn't improved much since. They're way behind.
Anyway, I'm not trying to say you're wrong, exactly, because if you like the graphics, then they are "good." Ghav is absolutely right, though, when he says that WoW's graphics are antiquated. He's understating things, really.
The level of detail is just not there. It's like comparing one of the first Disney movies to a modern Pixar film. Disney looks nice, sure, but the devil is in the details.
