Oh please, most of the phasing accures at early points in game, starting areas, as introductions to game mechanics. Once you are out of there, you won't see much phasing.


I haven't played very many of the zones yet, but so far I have seen phasing used in Dun Morogh, Westfall, Western Plaguelands, Eastern Plaguelands, and the Badlands. I haven't seen phasing in Elwynn Forest, Loch Modan, Wetlands, Arathi Highlands, Hinterlands, or Searing Gorge, or if I have I don't recall offhand. So that's phasing in five of eleven zones I've played, or nearly 50 percent, and three of those were in level 35+ zones.
