They say they'll be using a "re-forged version of the Infinity Engine", but I'm really not sure what the advantage over replaying the original would be then... if they were going to remake it with the same story and all, at least they could've used something more in the Aurora Engine's style to keep things varied. No doubt that would've made the experience less nostalgic, but then I'm not sure why nostalgics wouldn't just play the originals.
