I had the same situation with the Geth and Quarians Sir Tybalt Send a noteboard - 11/04/2012 10:48:41 PM
and I was unable to figure out what I missed.

I honestly loved the game and walked away from the 'Control' Ending very satisfied with my decision.
I didn't realize this was not the optimal ending until coming online.

Oh, well. Time to load a new character! Maybe I'll try an infiltrator this time.
