Although I did use the same xbox drive that I played ME2 on, it somehow would not import my Shepherd look. I took that as a sign that it didn't import my decisions from the former games. However, when it comes to which characters died in my stories and which were still around it got everything right. Weird.

But now I really feel like replaying :)
