Actually, that's what happened to me too. Aemon Send a noteboard - 02/02/2010 08:33:22 PM
He was the only one to die. I think I was missing one ship upgrade (not sure if I got Tali's shield upgrade or not), but a friend told me that if no one died during the landing (which they didn't) that wasn't it. He claims, though, that if you take too long on the final boss, team members start dying. 'cause the other guys are all caught in a firefight (or something like that) while you're fighting the boss.

As good a theory as any I've heard. I wasn't particularly fast killing the boss. /shrug
