There used to be a time when having to wait weeks for movies already out in the US was normal, but I'd thought that had ended by now. Not to mention that other places in Europe had their release together with or just after America's. I don't think I can be bothered to catch a train to London just to go see a movie, though, so guess I'll just have to wait...

On the bright side, it could be worse: the Japanese apparently have to wait until the end of August.
