What Can I say, Derek Hunter is a publicity whore, and has made his living making culture wars.

He helped founded the Daily Caller, Derek Hunter writes for Breitbart, and he is a talk radio persona.

But he is most famous for culture war stuff like the 2012 Sandra Fluke Congress Birth Control Testimony, talking about Transgender Bathroom Bills, telling Obama to Shove It right after 2 police shootings that hit facebook live (11 months ago and 7 days) and showed the police not following best practices and shooting two black men when there was little reason to do so, and so on.

I think this column is highly apropos given the events in D.C. this morning. A few caveats: I don't know anything about this author. I just remember reading this last week and agreeing with it. If the author turns out to be some insane person, I don't care. I agree with what he wrote here not somewhere else.

Derek Hunter is not an insane person. Far from it. He is just an alligator who has made his living in the swamp of DC, and worse besides eating at the swamp, Derek Hunter actually wants DC to be more swamp like for he gets more ratings, yet part of his schtick is then complaining about the swampiness of Washington yet he is the one raising the water level and creating more filth. Note he is not the only alligator raising the water, but he is definitely one of them.

Its okay LiterateDog, Derek Hunter is not insane, and even if he was insane, you wouldn't care. Well I do not care for Derek Hunter, even if I agree DC is a swamp, and there are a lot of nasty unhinged people out there that are a danger to society, it is also a problem that we have alligators who create conditions in order for them to hunt and make a living at the expense of everyone else. Derek Hunter is one of these types of reptiles.

The world would be better if Derek Hunter instead was a photographer of hot nearly naked men for some magazine instead of a commentator on politics.
