It raises questions about the relationship (if any) between love and sex, issues of fidelity to someone's memory at conflict with natural needs...shit, you just asked one hell of a question.

I would say, by way of an answer, that it's way to early to enter into any meaningful relationship. I don't think you're ready for that by any means and leading someone on would be wrong. Meaningless flings, however - sure. The less meaningful the better at this point.
