I buy them all and don't read them. Once it's safe to read, I'll probably binge my way through the whole series. I just can't deal with another Robert Jordan or George Martin (the superfluous "R.R." is something I hate with a passion because he's no Tolkien in terms of literary ability; he has a great sense of plot, a terrible sense of pacing and a so-so sense of the English language).

Your views are understandable. Especially given what happened to Jordan and how awful Martin is about schedules.
But there is also something nice about reading then waiting. Then rereading the books and waiting again. The characters and world are with you for decades. Sanderson is far more reliable a writer than Martin.

Only read The Way of Kings. Interesting setting... kinda boring book that was 99% world setup.
