Two months to form a government is nothing. Once they pass 400 or so days and start making a serious effort to aim for the record, then we're talking.

Although possibly an argument could be made that having a functional government is more useful than this particular world record.


The effects of what happens in Belgium versus the effects of what happens in Germany mean something completely different for the EU and for world markets.
