I don't think they'd lose anyone in the center, or they'd lose them to FDP. Greg is right - without her terrible decision to let in about a million low value immigrants (no skills, no language ability, probably little ability to ever teach them either, no integration into European values) you'd see a CDU-CSU-FDP coalition firmly in place with a majority. That sounds damn good for Germany.
