Exhibit A establishing Cuomo is a moron who is only Governor due to his far more famous and marginally more competent father.

After the Kavanaugh nomination, at a political rally on Wednesday, mentally challenged Governor Cuomo claimed he will file suit if the Court overturns the 1973 Roe decision. Let’s leave aside the fact that you can’t sue judges for their rulings and ask, where does one suspect a lawsuit against the Supreme Court would end up? Think about it.
