the only two ways to get back to Roe would be

1) A constitutional amendment. There might even be a chance at this if the amendment compromises around where most developed countries do.

2) A... lawsuit. I mean, you can't sue the Supreme Court for their decisions, but you would (I assume) sue some agency for their implementation of the Court's decision and try to gain some ground one the decision that way.


Or return it to the states, which should have been the original decision.

As far as the lawsuit is concerned, wouldn't it eventually end up before the Supreme Court?
