Unless they granted the unborn citizenship then it would not only outlaw abortion but make it murder and even if you left the country to get done you could be charged with conspiracy when you returned. That is what should really scare them. All over turning Roe V Wade would do would be kick it back to the states. If New York wanted to keep it legal they could just pass laws to that affect. A problem if you live in a red state but the blue state people will be fine.
