Backs away from the debate you are referring to. It sounds like drama, or perhaps having opinions that are firmly held but are not really relevant to lived experiences for in normal human interactions far more is occurring (the context I mentioned earlier.)

I have more thoughts based off past experiences including extended family members who have "literally" made arguments similar to what you are describing, but the arguments made (aka what was said) was never the full story of what was happening and the conflict. I am not sharing my "more thoughts" for it doesn't matter to you these dysfunctional language games I experienced. It was drama.
