I mean, yes, right in a 'you hypocrite, you know the president on 'your side' is worse than those you're excoriating on the other side' kind of way, but still. Both sides could do worse than listen to the explicit and implicit messages there.
Tywin Lannister really is a pretty apt comparison, actually. 
Which obviously would make Trump Joffrey, but I dare say that isn't a particularly original analogy anymore.
Maybe it's just me, but... Mitch McConnell is really rather impressive.
