They are trying to hypnotise you. Get you in a state of being where you say either Yes we are aligned, or you check out in your head to preserve your soul.

The important thing is via doing this behavior they have removed the 3rd option which is the word "No or I Disagree." It is a war on your vigilance, on your attention, on your self / ego when they make people do these mindless activities.

My question for you Mookie is what do they feed you immediately prior to these activities? Are they good doughnuts? Perhaps something light but also with some cheese on it. Any orange juice with a slight booze kick?
