You have not made any compelling case for why men/women should not get paid family leave when having a child/adopting a child. I would rather keep an employee who has been with the company for years, decides to have a child and is gone for 3 months than hire someone brand new who will require serious levels of training to get to the point where the employee who has given birth currently is.
Also, given that the US birth rate continues to fall and is below replacement level, having some policies that encourage Americans to be able to have children is a good thing in my eyes. At least if it means less immigration to this country while we continue to absorb the immigrants we currently have.
But I don't honestly think you want a serious reply or a serious conversation - I think you're stirring the pot to see what chaos you can bring about.
